My heart is to help believers reset to their original design through psycho education, teaching skills and facilitating space for encounters with The Creator. 

Isaiah 51:3 The LORD will surely comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all her ruins; he will make her deserts like Eden, her wastelands like the garden of the LORD.  Joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and the sound of singing. 

My Name 

Starting the 5 week process of learning about ourselves, learning tools and information to live and function from our original design. Fostering an Encounter with our perfect designer, the one who speaks our worth, identity and purpose. Our father God, in the place of intimacy, in the garden of Eden. 

My Story 

We focus on our families of origin and explore 3 generations of our lineage. To help understand ourselves and to rewrite our story, culture and legacy. Using family therapy tools, we get curious about your families history, it’s significant seasons, its passed on strengths and the generational patterns you would like to break. 

My Heart 

We will to consider the landscape of our heart. We will prayerfully explore how is it postured? What is planted? Are there weeds or root systems that need to be uprooted? What plants and fruit are growing? What colours do you see? What do the colours represent? Where is the new life? Where is the churned soil? What do you want to plant next? 

My Freedom 

Pain and emotions aren’t something to be avoided. They are teaching and guiding us in what our heart needs to heal. To continue your journey of healing and freedom, we will use tools and strategies to work through areas of unmet needs, forgiveness and soul ties. 

My New Song 

Life’s battle’s, hardships and trials can knock you around. They can scar you and leave you with a limp. But with the power of the Holy Spirit, they can also cause a strength and a resilience that you wouldn’t believe. They can build intimacy, wisdom and supernatural strength. The Last 4 weeks have been a pilgrimage of the heart. To rewrite your story, to reclaim your voice and to receive a “new song”. To restore Eden’s Design.
